Acceptance
For purchases made by Buyer on Pira.mx website and/or any of its subdomains like: edispenser.pira.mx Buyer is deemed to have accepted this Agreement by clicking the checkbox reading “I have read and agree to the website Terms and Conditions” on the final checkout page in the website shopping cart. Pira.mx is deemed to have accepted the Agreement upon shipment of the Products.

Orders
Pira.mx shall have the right to accept or reject purchase orders in its sole discretion. Buyer’s orders shall be subject to all provisions of this Agreement, whether or not the order so states. Pira.mx shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Buyer with reasonable notice if a Product for which Pira.mx has accepted an order has or becomes obsolete, discontinued or otherwise unavailable or, in Pira’s reasonable determination, materially modified. Buyer agrees that Pira.mx is not obligated to provide any specific amount of notice and shall have no liability for such obsolescence, discontinuation, unavailability, modification or resulting order cancellation by Pira.mx, other than to refund to Buyer any amounts received from Buyer with respect to such Products that are not delivered to Buyer.
Buyer may request to cancel or to modify an order at anytime prior to its delivery, however Pira.mx reserves the right to comply with Buyer’s request if it is unreasonable or impossible to fulfill such request due to time constraints or any other physical limitation.

Warranty
Pira.mx warrants that the goods sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for the thirty (30) day period upon receipt of the product and provided that the product has been used under normal conditions for which it was designed; and operated and maintained in accordance with Pira’s instructions and in accordance with generally accepted industrial practices.

Should you find that a specific component of your order is missing, damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we can arrange for a replacement part to be shipped to Buyer. Fill the Contact form to create a request. We reserve the right to ask for evidence of damage/defect including a detailed description of the problem and pictures.

Product failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Products repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period are covered by the foregoing warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from date of the repair or shipment of the replacement, whichever is longer. Buyer is responsible for assuring that the returned package is protected from damage in transit. Pira.mx will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. Products returned under warranty may be refurbished or remanufactured goods.
The warranty described herein pertains only to products sold, no other warranties including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for purpose are claimed.

Delivery
For purchases made by Buyer on Pira.mx website, delivery shall be pursuant to the web order terms and Pira.mx has no obligation to ship Product to Buyer unless Pira.mx has accepted the order and Buyer had paid for such Products in full prior to the time of delivery.
All delivery dates stated on Cart and Checkout pages are approximate. Delivery dates given by Pira.mx are based on prompt receipt of all necessary information regarding the order. Pira.mx will use reasonable efforts to meet such delivery dates, but does not guarantee to meet such dates. Failure by Pira.mx to meet any delivery date does not constitute a cause for damages, cancellation or penalties of any kind.
Any delay in delivery due to causes beyond Pira.mx reasonable control, or due to any priorities or allocations necessitated by governmental orders or regulations (customs inspections, etc) or due to any causes specified in the following sentence, shall extend the term of delivery by a period equal to the length of such delay: In the event of delay in delivery requested by Buyer or caused by Buyer’s (a) failure to supply adequate instructions; (b) failure to supply or approve necessary data in a timely manner; (c) requested changes; or (d) failure to provide documents required for Pira.mx to effect delivery.

Delays and lost packages
UPS shipments: In case of a lost package or a delivery date extending beyond a reasonable time period (transit time of 30 days or more) please fill out the appropriate contact form on the Contact page. We will initiate a claim with UPS for loss of goods and offer a reimbursement or re-ship of the order only if UPS accept such claim and refund Pira.mx with the total order value including shipping.
Registered Mail shipments: Due to inconsistency in postal services worldwide, there will be a 90-day waiting period after the last tracking update on the (destination country) Post Office website to claim a refund due to lost goods.

Acceptance of Goods
Buyer shall inspect the goods delivered hereunder immediately upon their arrival and shall within thirty (30) days of their arrival give notice to Pira.mx of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the Agreement. If Buyer fails to give notice, the goods shall be deemed to conform, and Buyer shall be bound to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Buyer expressly waives any rights he may have to revoke acceptance after such thirty (30) day period.

Payment
Payment shall be made by Buyer using a method offered by the Pira.mx website.
For purchases made by Buyer on Pira.mx payment may be made in U.S. dollars via VISA and MasterCard credit or debit cards. For American Express cards the user may contact Pira.mx to request a direct invoice in MXN currency to complete payment. Payment is due and payable upon clicking the “Place Order” button on the website. Payment does not constitute Pira’s acceptance of the order. If for any reason (suspected fraud, suspicious billing information or address) an order is declined then it shall be deemed remedied by a refund of payment to Buyer within 30 days.
By entering payment information: Buyer is stating that Buyer is an authorized user of the payment method and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate and true. Buyer authorizes Pira.mx to charge the amount Buyer has requested to the payment method. Buyer also authorizes Pira.mx to return/refund to the payment method account any funds due to Buyer by Pira.mx
If a charge is declined or reversed by the payment method issuer or network, Buyer agrees to pay Pira.mx a service charge and to reimburse Pira.mx for all reasonable costs of collection. If the issuer or network for the payment method does not honor an online payment transaction, then Pira.mx has the right to charge the amount of any such transaction to Buyer’s account and to collect the amount from Buyer.
